We will send you an email confirmation of your booking which will contain all the details you will need along with a booking ID.
We can receive payment through a number of different methods. Currently you can pay by credit card (Visa & MasterCard) and PayPal (all major credit cards) or cash upon delivery. Accepted currencies depend on the chosen payment method.
Just give us a call or pop in to our office and we will confirm if we have availability to extend the car rental period.
We have an unlimited mileage policy
There is no extra charge for an additional driver.
We try to deliver the exact vehicle model that you booked; however, there are rare cases when this is not possible because of accidents, repairs or simply bad planning. The good news is you will always receive a vehicle of equivalent or higher value than the one you have chosen. Cars that have the same daily rate on our website are defined to have equivalent value.
You can cancel the reservation via the link in the email booking confirmation you received, or by giving us a call or dropping into our office.
Depending on when you cancel, you may be charged a cancellation fee, or a non-cancellation fee. The fee is calculated taking into account the type of booking and the amount of notice you have given.
Yes, you will receive the car with a full tank of petrol. We have a full/full fuel policy.
You can either pick it up at our offices in Anse Royale or it can be delivered to a place of your choice from the list of locations.
Tourists are allowed to use their existing drivers licence in the Seychelles for up to three months.
